To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by registering a return request here.

According to Article 9 paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of 12 June 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the products/the last product.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse any sums we have received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of reimbursement; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For products sold by Farmacia Digihealth, you must send the products or hand them over directly to us at Şos. Mihai Bravu 35, sector 2, Bucharest, Sector 2, Bucharest, 021305 without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the products. You are only responsible for the diminution in value of the products resulting from manipulations, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products. Our operators will provide you with support in choosing the return method and will provide you with the necessary details regarding the shipping address of the products, packaging or contacting the courier company.

All products sold by Farmacia Digihealth SRL are covered by a warranty for a period of months from the date of purchase. Products that have physical defects such as: bumps, cracks, chips, burnt or burst components/parts, etc., damaged, removed or modified warranty labels or seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (improper supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in conditions of humidity, dust, noxious substances or under the action of chemical substances, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, ungrounded sockets, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, connection or disconnection of certain components during equipment operation are not covered by the warranty.
