Mode of use:
Suitable to be used from birth if it is decided to replace breast milk or as a supplement to it. Easy to accept if switching from another infant formula. After the age of 6 months, we recommend Holle Formula 2 organic milk powder, from 6 months in combination with Holle organic cereal purees.

Method of preparation:
Always wash and dry your hands before preparing the milk formula. Wash the bottles, teats, lids, knife and spoon.
After washing, sterilize by boiling for 3-5 minutes before using them. Keep the bottles closed until you use them.
Boil the water as indicated in the table and let it cool down to approximately 50°C.
Put about half of the water in the bottle. Prepare each bottle individually.
Fill the measuring spoon and level with a knife.
Only the amount contained in the measuring spoon should be used.
Add the amount of milk powder indicated in the table to the water.
Shake vigorously, add the rest of the water and shake again.
Let it cool down to about 37°C before you start feeding the baby.

*1 measuring spoon = 4.5g. The quantities regarding the daily feeding are indicative. Minor deviations do not endanger the health of the baby.
Standard preparation: 13.5g Holle Formula 1 milk powder + 90ml boiled water = 100ml prepared formula. One package contains approximately 30 meals of 100 ml each.

Important notices:
Breast milk is the most natural and beneficial for your baby, because it includes all the nutrients and vitamins it needs. That's why Holle recommends breastfeeding. In addition, the intense contact between the mother and her baby during breastfeeding gives him a sense of harmony and comfort. Before deciding to use this product, consult your pediatrician.
Do not let the baby suck on the bottle after finishing the content, to prevent damage to the teeth. Pay special attention to the baby's oral hygiene starting from the appearance of the first tooth.
Please follow the preparation steps exactly. Dosing in the correct amounts will ensure that the baby receives the necessary amount of nutrients.
Use only the measuring spoon from the package.
Do not change the proportions of milk powder unless you have the doctor's consent. Incorrect preparation as well as inadequate storage can damage the baby's health.
Always prepare fresh milk. Do not use leftovers from a previous meal. Do not heat the milk in the microwave oven (danger of overheating).
