Daily Serving: Open one envelope. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add 250 ml of water or other liquid. Mix well and consume. It is recommended to consume the preparation for at least 3 months.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine in combination with resistance training, which allows a gradual increase in load and which must be performed at least three times a week for several weeks, with a training intensity of at least 65 -75% of the maximum single load. The product is intended for adults over the age of 55 who engage in regular resistance training. Single maximum load means the maximum weight a person can lift, or the maximum force they can exert, in a single repetition. Please note that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient in the supplement. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
