Delivery via a DHL courier
Delivery may vary depending on the city choice. Orders are sent via postal service. The shipping cost is 5,99 €. Shipping is made from Romania three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once the parcel reaches Germany, DHL tracking number will be available for you to track the order.

Small order
To avoid introducing a minimum value for your order, we have chosen to apply a commission for orders with values lower than a certain value amount. Place an order of minimum 24 € to save 3,5 €.

Free shipping
Shipping is free starting from 49 €.

LIKI24 is not the seller of the products shown on our Platform. The products you see are sold by different retailers, including licensed pharmacies, drugstore, supermarkets, cosmetics shop, etc. We aim to deliver the cheapest products from trusted sellers, but, from time to time, due to changes in availability, variation of price, or other reasons on the side of the seller, our delivery agents are unable to purchase some specific products for the price it was shown on the Platform.

We will always inform you in case the change in price of a given product or the change in the total price of all products within the order exceeds 10%.

However, if the total price of the order remains the same, you accept expressly and give your consent for couriers to purchase a specific product or all products within your order for the price different from shown on our Platform.

In some cases (the need to visit more stores or cover longer distance than expected) the price of delivery services may vary. However, the total price you see after the order confirmation, including the price of the products and delivery services, will remain the same, otherwise we will ask for your consent to change the total price.

Payment can be made either online, with credit card, or by cash on delivery. For some orders cash on delivery option might not be availiable. The price of products corresponds to the price that is charged by the retailer, no commission will be added form Liki24's side. Shipping costs depend on the method of delivery and delivery address.

You will be asked for aditional consent in case any change of the total order price.

Liki24 is not a seller of products listed on the platform and doesn't offer online sales. All aquisitions are being made by your delivery agents phisically inside of the retailer's point of sale. Thus, please note that some product can not be returned to retailers, e.g. food supplements and medicines. However, if the product was damaged or contaminated during delievry Liki24 will help to resolve your complaint and would forward it to the delivery provider.
