Recommended daily intake

Adults: Mix the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of natural juice (orange, grapefruit, apple) or water. Drink on an empty stomach.

Children from 12 years of age: drink on an empty stomach, mix half the sachet in 100-200 ml of natural juice.

Consume once a month.

On the day you take 7PEPAS®, it's best to avoid heavy meals. If you're thirsty, drink warm, boiled water; avoid cold or carbonated drinks.
