SiderAL ist ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, das Eisenmängel im Körper bei zu geringer Zufuhr ausgleicht oder hilft, den Bedarf zu erhöhen (Eisenmangelanämie, akute oder chronische Blutungen).

Formen der Freisetzung

SiderAL ist in den folgenden Darreichungsformen erhältlich:

SiderAL Forte, 30 Kapseln
SiderAL Folsäure, 20 Portionsbeutel
SiderAL Active, 30 Beutel
SiderAL Drops, 30 ml Flasche + 1 Beutel à 1,9 g

SiderAL Nahrungsergänzungsmittel enthalten sukrosomales Eisen, ein Präparat, das Eisenpyrophosphat in einer Phospholipid- und Sukrestermatrix enthält. Die gesamte Struktur wird Sukrosom genannt und soll den Transport und die Aufnahme von Eisen im Körper erleichtern. SiderAL enthält 30 mg Eisen und 70 mg Vitamin C, das die Eisenaufnahme fördert. SiderAL Folic enthält 21 mg Eisen, 70 mg Vitamin C, 400 µg Folsäure, 10 µg Vitamin D3, 1,75 µg Vitamin B12 und 1 mg Vitamin B6. SiderAL Aktiv enthält 14 mg Eisen, 48 mg Vitamin C, 1 mg Vitamin B6, 150 µg Folsäure und 2 µg Vitamin B12. SiderAL Kindertropfen enthält 7 mg Eisen pro 1 ml Lösung.

Indikationen für die Anwendung

SiderAL wird bei Eisenmangel und zur Ergänzung der Eisenzufuhr empfohlen. Es wird bei niedrigem Hämoglobin, bei Eisenabsorptionsproblemen oder niedrigem Serumeisenspiegel empfohlen. Ein niedriger Hämoglobinwert tritt auf, wenn wir nicht genügend eisenhaltige Nahrungsmittel zu uns nehmen, aber auch in bestimmten Situationen (Schwangerschaft, Stillen, Menstruation oder in der Kindheit). Er kann auch mit bestimmten Problemen bei der Eisenaufnahme im Darm zusammenhängen. Die gleichen Ursachen sind auch für Eisenmangel verantwortlich.

Dosierung und Art der Verabreichung

Die Dosis von SiderAL beträgt 1 Kapsel oder 1 Beutel pro Tag oder nach Anweisung des Arztes. Es kann zu jeder Tageszeit eingenommen werden. SiderAL Folic und SiderAL Active Beutel werden direkt in die Mundhöhle verabreicht. Bei den SiderAL-Tropfen werden 10 Tropfen pro Tag, entsprechend 1 ml Lösung, mit einer Pipette verabreicht. Die Tropfen können direkt in den Mund genommen oder in einer kleinen Menge Wasser oder einer anderen Flüssigkeit bei Raumtemperatur aufgelöst werden.

Kontraindikationen

Diese Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kontraindiziert bei einer Allergie oder Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen der Inhaltsstoffe des Produktes. SiderAL sollte nicht bei einer Milchunverträglichkeit verwendet werden, da es Milcheiweiß enthält.

Es sind keine Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Arzneimitteln oder Lebensmitteln bekannt.

Überdosierung

Nehmen Sie nur so viel wie angegeben und halten Sie sich an die vorgeschriebene Dosierung, um unerwünschte Wirkungen zu vermeiden.

Lagerungsbedingungen

Lagern Sie das Produkt bei Raumtemperatur. SiderAL Tropfen sollten innerhalb von 1 Monat nach Zubereitung oder Rekonstitution verbraucht werden. Die Tropfenversion enthält eine Lösung und einen Beutel, die gemischt und geschüttelt und dann nach der Rekonstitution mit einer Pipette verabreicht werden müssen.

As for Liki24: A very useful website, with shipping updates provided step by step; the staff is truly knowledgeable and competent. Delivery times aren’t the fastest, but this is more than made up for by the product price, which is very affordable compared to local pharmacies. Regarding the product I purchased: I bought Sideral Forte (iron) for my wife, who is anemic, and I can tell you that even though the product’s name isn’t in Italian, it’s identical to the one I buy at my local pharmacy, except that where I live, a pack of 20 tablets costs 24 euros, whereas here I bought 90 tablets for 62.50 euros—a net savings of about 40%. Truly a great deal.
