Description
High-fiber food supplement in sachets based on psyllium, prickly pear, glucomannan, inulin, and pectin.
Psyllium promotes regular intestinal transit, has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system, limits the absorption of nutrients, promotes the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates and also has a prebiotic effect.
Prickly pear (opuntia) promotes weight management, has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system, limits nutrient absorption, and promotes regular bowel movements. Inulin supports the balance of intestinal flora.

Ingredients
Psyllium husk powder (Plantago ovata Forssk. sin. Plantago ispaghula Roxb. Ex Fleming), inulin, dry extract of prickly pear (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.) titrated at 30% in fibre, glucomannan, pectin, flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid E330; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide E551; sweetener: steviol glycosides E960a.

Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
Take the contents of one sachet daily before a main meal. Pour the contents of the sachet into 200 ml of water or more, stir until a gel forms, and then drink. It is recommended to take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications.
