Celtic salt is also known as grey salt, due to its colour that differentiates it from other types of salt such as Himalayan salt or normal sea salt.
Celtic salt is a sea salt that is extracted from the Atlantic, in France, on the coasts of Great Britain.
It is extracted using the Celtic method, which means that only wooden tools are used for extraction and drying, without metal. The salt is dried naturally, in the sun.
Being an unrefined salt, we find in it all 84 trace elements present in sea water and in our body.
