Description
Artichoke tea, 50 g, Dorel Plant
Properties:
The production and elimination of bile, the protection and regeneration of the liver cell, the removal of toxic compounds from the liver, the maintenance of the normal concentration of cholesterol and fats in the blood and at the level of the liver, the maintenance of normal concentrations of uric acid in the blood, the elimination of the tendency to slow stool evacuation.
Method of preparation and administration:
Internal: powder: the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take a grated teaspoon 4 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 min., after which it is swallowed with water.
Cold maceration : prepare from a spoonful of herb added to 250 ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 2-3 cups a day, with 30 min. before meals.
Infusion : prepare from a spoonful of herb added to 250 ml of boiling water, keep for 15 min. at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 2-3 cups of infusion per day, with 30 min. before meals.
Precautions and contraindications:
Gallstones, biliary obstruction, pregnancy, breastfeeding, artichoke allergy. In case of overdose, nausea, diarrhea, nephrotoxicity may occur.
