Ingredients:
Essential oil obtained from the aerial parts of the species Lavandula angustifolia, fam. Lamiaceae, containing linalool, linalyl acetate, β-ocimene, terpinen-4-ol.
Benefits:
Calming, sedative, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, expectorant, hypotensive, emmenagogue, cicatrizing, repels insects.
Evaluation of efficiency:
– The antimicrobial effect of lavender essential oil has been confirmed by medical laboratory analyses.
– Aromatograms (similar to antibiograms) were performed on pharyngeal exudates and urine cultures on Staphylococcus aureus, E. Coli, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Proteus germs.
Administration:
Internal use:
the recommended doses (according to the table) are mixed with a teaspoon of honey. In the case of diabetics, the administration is done on a piece of bread.
The oil is administered for 7-14 days. The treatment can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.
External use:
Inhalations, aromatherapy candle, massage, bath, compresses.
