It is used for the symptomatic treatment of cough of various origins.

Dosage:

• Children aged 3 to 6 years: 5 ml 3 times a day
• Children aged 6 to 12 years: 10 ml 3 times a day
• Adolescents over 12 years of age: 15 ml 3 times a day
• Adults: 15 ml 4 times a day

Do not take Sinecod for more than 1 week without consulting a doctor.

Mode of use

For oral use (by mouth). Use a calibrated measuring cup. If possible, take before meals. Wash and dry the measuring cup after each use and between uses. Never pour the syrup from the measuring cup back into the bottle.

Adverse effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Rare (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people): drowsiness, rash, nausea and diarrhoea.
