Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that regulates the circadian rhythm of sleep and wakefulness. Its concentration increases in the evening, aiding in falling asleep, and decreases in the morning. It can be supplemented for sleep disorders or when changing time zones.
Recommended intake:
Take 5 drops daily just before bed. Take directly or add to your favorite drink.
