How to use:

Usual doses (adults): one capsule 1-2 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach or as advised by a specialist.

Precautions:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women, diabetics and people with acute illnesses or taking complex medications should consult a specialist before use
• High doses may cause gastric disorders (diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, stomach pain) in sensitive people
