- amino acids with fast absorption make it possible to delay the depletion of muscle glycogen and reduce protein catabolism;
- sodium in combination with glucose stimulates the intestinal absorption of water, but this electrolyte also stimulates the absorption of glucose in the intestine;
- thus, the inclusion of sodium in the recommended doses leads the athlete to achieve better hydration and better sports performance.

Way of ussage:
Drink during training, with small sips every 15 - 20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training take 1 serving per hour, between the second and third hours of training take 2 servings, after 3 hours of training take 3 servings per hour. To prepare the drink, add 2 grated spoons (40 g) to every 500 ml of water. Mix well.
