The organic millet drink is a product of 100% vegetable origin.
Similar to wheat, but with a sweeter and more pleasant taste, millet is considered the king of grains, a name given to it by the Chinese, who include it in their diet.
Millet has high amounts of vitamins, especially B complex, folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and zinc.
As a protein content it is very close to wheat, both have a content of about 11% protein.
