Product name:

100% Premium Vanilla whey, 500 g

Product type:

food

Product Description:

100% WHEY PREMIUM is a protein-rich supplement based on whey protein concentrate, which is a rich source of essential amino acids, including BCAA. Each serving of the product provides complete protein that helps maintain or increase muscle mass.

100% WHEY PREMIUM contains whey protein concentrate (WPC). It is a dairy product with a very high content of complete proteins. WPC, due to the very high content of essential exogenous amino acids, has a very good biological value, BV = 104. Whey protein, and due to the high content of l-leucine (belonging to BCAA) - an amino acid that activates the mTOR muscle protein synthesis pathway , has much higher anabolic properties than, for example, vegetable proteins [1].

Unlike whey protein isolates (WPI) and hydrolysates (WPH), WPC is characterized by a richer profile and activity of the protein fractions it contains. For example, lactoferrin and lactalbumins are involved in metabolism and energy production, as well as in immune processes [2].

Who should use 100% WHEY PREMIUM:

Athletes and physically active people have an increased demand for protein, which not only plays a role in rebuilding muscle tissue, but also in regulatory and immune functions. Of course, the basis is the healthy products included in a balanced diet, while whey protein also has many advantages, including: easy digestibility, quick preparation, taste and richness of exogenous amino acids [3]. It is worth remembering that proteins, contributing to the building and preservation of muscle mass, support the metabolism and the achievement of a slim, athletic figure and firm muscles. They shouldn't necessarily be stereotypically treated as building blocks for monstrous minis.

100% WHEY PREMIUM is a product for:

- any physically active person with an increased need for protein,

- people who work on the figure - both to build muscle mass and to reduce unnecessary fat,

- people who tolerate dairy products well,

- people who do not have time to prepare nutritious, protein-rich meals,

- people in convalescence and food problems.
