Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium, vitamin B6 and potassium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Ingredients:
1 tablet contains: vitamin B6 1 mg (71.4 %*), magnesium 50 mg (13.3 %*), potassium 70 mg (3.5 %*) and vitamin E 5 mg (alpha-tocopherol equivalent) (41 .6 %*).

Mode of administration:
1 - 2 tablets per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption. Consumed in excess can have a laxative effect.
