Food supplement based on concentrated aqueous extracts of passion flower, lemon balm, oats and valerian.
Passion flower and valerian promote sleep, while oats and lemon balm promote relaxation.

Medium content	for 60 drops
Passion flower aqueous extract* appropriate amount of fresh plant (aerial parts)	1,200 mg 600 mg
Melissa aqueous extract* appropriate amount of fresh plant (leaves)	900 mg 450 mg
Oat water extract equal to seeds	450 mg 225 mg
Aqueous extract of valerian equal to the root	450 mg 225 mg

*Aqueous extract from fresh plant.
Vegan.

How to use
For relaxation during the day: 20 drops 1 to 3 times a day, diluted in a little water.
For nighttime rest: 60 drops, 30 minutes before bedtime.
