Hydrocoll hydrocolloid dressing, 7.5x7.5 cm (900742), 10 pieces, Hartmann

Hydrocoll is a hydrocolloidal, self-adhesive dressing for superficial wounds with moderate secretions. By absorbing exudate from the wound, the hydrocolloid particles turn into gel, maintaining a moist environment at its level. The outer polyurethane film is impermeable to germs and liquids, protecting the wound from external impurities and allowing daily toileting.

Indications:
- non-infected wounds, with reduced and moderate secretions;
- wounds with poor healing tendency and slow formation of granulation tissue (e.g. calf ulcer, eschar).

Benefits:
- speed and excellent absorption capacity;
- increased wearing comfort due to the thin, very flexible material;
- painless removal of the dressing;

Mode of use:
The dressing is changed when a visibly discolored blister forms on its surface (approx. 3 days).
