I have to say that these are really the best eye drops. As soon as you use them, the eye is cooled and becomes whiter. With all other products, my eyes usually become even more inflamed. Unfortunately, the effect simply disappears too quickly. I hope there will soon be an extension as gel drops. Otherwise it really is a top product! However, I think the effect is too weak for severe chronic dryness.
