Use

Face mask: Mix a portion of clay with a few drops of oil and your favorite floral water until you have a smooth paste. Apply to skin and leave on for about 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Spritz your skin with plant water throughout the treatment to prevent the mask from drying out completely.

Compresses: Pour the clay into a glass container and pour fresh water over it until it's completely covered. Stir with a wooden spatula and gently warm the container near a heat source before use. Apply the warmed compress to the desired body parts.

Baths: pour about 100 g of clay into the bathtub and pour warm water over it.

Toothbrush: Dip a damp toothbrush in the clay powder and brush your teeth and gums as you would with regular toothpaste. Use as needed.
