The preparation

A delicious cup of tea in 5 minutes

Pour boiling water (approx. 200 ml) over the tea bag and let it steep for 5 minutes, so that all the extracts have enough time to release their full flavor and active ingredients. Regarding the dose, we recommend three cups a day during the entire breastfeeding period.
