Ingredients: Turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa L.) standardized for curcuminoid content: 95%; frankincense (Boswellia serrata) resin extract standardized for boswellic acid content: 20%; Capsule shell ingredient: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Daily portion: 1 capsule 2 times a day, at meals.
