How to use a nebulizer

Sit comfortably in an upright position. If using a mask - (adult or children) make sure it fits the face well. There are holes in the mask that let air out when you exhale. If you use a nasal cannula - carefully insert it into the nostrils. Don't shove it in the nose anymore. Breathe through your nose. Nebulization is complete when the drug is intermittently released from the nebulizer (bubbling in the container or spraying). After nebulizing, wash and disinfect accessories thoroughly.
