The Vitamin D3+K2+Ca+Mg Complex product is a complex of vitamins and minerals, with a beneficial effect on the bone system and the cardiovascular system. Vitamin D3 helps to assimilate calcium and phosphorus, to maintain the health of the bone system, to strengthen immunity. Vitamin K2 contributes to the transfer of calcium to bones and teeth and fights vascular calcification. Calcium and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the bone and muscle system and to normal neurotransmission. Vitamin D3+K2+Ca+Mg Complex can be used by adults and the elderly to delay cardiovascular aging and combat osteoporosis.
Ingredients:
Ingredients/capsule: Aquamin/Lithothamnium calcareum with min. 30% calcium and 2.2% magnesium – 680 mg; marine magnesium, with min. 33% magnesium – 260 mg; vitamin K2-MK7 (menaquinone 7) – 50 mcg; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 1000 IU; gelatin capsule.

1 capsule contains:
1000 IU vitamin D3 – 500% NRV*.
50 mcg vitamin K2 – 66% NRV*.
200 mg calcium – 20% NRV*.
100 mg magnesium – 26% NRV*.

Administration method:
Adults: 1-2 capsules/day, after meals or as recommended by the specialist.
Warnings:
Pregnant or lactating women, people suffering from kidney disease, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria or taking anticoagulants should consult a specialist before using the product.
