- Valerian helps to calm the body in case of stress, internal tension, irritation and hectic lifestyle. It promotes relaxation, optimal mental and physical condition and positively affects sleep. It contributes to the normal functioning of the heart, strengthens the flexibility and resistance of the vascular walls.
- St. John's wort helps to maintain emotional balance and mental well-being, helps to relax and adapt in case of tension and stress. It stimulates both mentally and physically, tones the body, stimulates mental abilities, work performance and regeneration of forces. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and on cleansing the body.
Ingredients in 1 capsule: L-tryptophan 200 mg, calcium phosphate (anti-caking agent), valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis) 50 mg, St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) 50 mg, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).
Mode of use
Recommended dose for adults 1-2 capsules per day. Take the capsules whole and drink a sufficient amount of water.
Warnings: Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The preparation must be kept out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5-25°C. Avoid direct sunlight!
