Drug is a compound medicine containing propyphenazone, paracetamol and caffeine. Propyphenazone works against pain, fever and inflammation. Paracetamol acts against pain and lowers body temperature. Caffeine strengthens the pain-relieving effects of both components, especially for headaches, relieves fatigue and increases mental activity. The pain-relieving effect begins about half an hour after taking the drug and lasts for several hours.

The drug is used for headaches, toothaches, migraines, cold pains, postoperative and rheumatic pains, sciatica (pain in the lower back radiating to the lower limbs), neuralgia (pain of nerve origin, paroxysmal pain of along the course of the nerve) and painful menstruation.

If you do not feel better in 3 days (for fever) or 5 days (for pain) or if you feel worse, you should see a doctor.

Mode of use

Dosage and dosage regimens

Adults and adolescents from 15 years of age: Individually, in case of pain, 1-2 tablets, then as needed one tablet with an interval of at least 4 hours, up to a total dose of 5 tablets per day. The drug is not suitable for long-term administration.

Mode of use

For internal use. The medicine is taken for pain in a dose of 1-2 tablets, then, if necessary, one tablet at intervals of at least 4 hours up to a total dose of 5 tablets per day (maximum daily dose). The tablet should be taken with water. The score only helps to break the tablet for easier swallowing and does not serve to divide into equal doses.

Warning

The drug should not be administered during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The drug should not be used in children under 15 years of age for safety reasons (safety and efficacy in children under 15 years have not been established). During treatment, it is inappropriate to drink alcoholic beverages (do not drink alcohol). The drug is contraindicated in the following conditions: glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, severe forms of renal or hepatic insufficiency, acute hepatitis, simultaneous administration of drugs that attack the liver, alcoholism, chronic hypoxia, patients with allergic diathesis, bronchial asthma, hypersensitive asthmatics to salicylic acid (slight bronchospasm was observed in less than 5%). With the simultaneous administration of caffeine and sympathomimetics or other xanthine derivatives, their bronchodilator and toxic effects increase.
