Properties:
- is a dietary supplement containing vitamin D, which is produced mainly by the skin in the presence of sunlight (UVB);
- it is recommended to increase the dietary intake of vitamin D in the winter months, when the body has a limited capacity to produce sufficient amounts of vitamin D;
- vitamin D contributes to maintaining the health of the bone system and teeth, to the normal absorption and use of calcium, to the process of cell division, as well as to the normal functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of the normal function of the muscular system;
- the adequate intake of vitamin D is essential especially for people for whom exposure to the sun is limited or not recommended;
- does not contain: artificial colors, preservatives, lactose, gluten, salt, yeast.

Active ingredients per tablet:
Vitamin D3 (D3 4000 IU) 100 µg.
Bulking agents: maltodextrin (33 mg), microcrystalline cellulose (9.9 mg); tablet coating: carrageenan (2.75 mg - natural polysaccharide obtained from red algae); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (1 mg), stearic acid (1 mg), magnesium stearate (0.5 mg); tablet coating: vegetable glycerin (0.28 mg).

Way of ussage:
Adults - 1 tablet per day, at the main meal, with water or a cold liquid. Do not chew.
