In India, Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) is considered the "Queen of Medicinal Plants" and is revered as a sacred herb with healing powers. Tulsi is traditionally grown in a clay pot in any home or garden, and its health benefits are repeatedly mentioned in Indian manuscripts up to 5,000 years old. Modern research has classified Tulsi as an adaptogenic plant or a plant that supports the immune system and removes the negative effects of stress and anxiety, increases the body's vitality and resistance, is energizing, rich in antioxidants, supports digestion, slows down the body's aging processes, regulates metabolism, supports natural detoxification processes, maintains the health of the respiratory tract, has anti-inflammatory properties.
Tulsi – Holy basil, contains ursolic acid, powerful in inhibiting COX-2 inflammation-producing enzymes and effective in stimulating body detoxification and reducing inflammation.
Senna acts beneficially in case of constipation by stimulating intestinal peristalsis and regulating stool consistency. Laxative tea with Senna is recommended both for acute or chronic constipation, as well as for detoxification and as an adjunct in weight loss programs.

Administration method:
1 sachet 2 times a day.

Recommendation for best results:
- Pour the hot water over an infusion bag into a large cup. Cover for 15 minutes. Consume before bed and/or upon waking, on an empty stomach, and do not eat for 30 minutes afterwards.
Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption.
