Ingredients:
Extract 1:3.75 in hydroalcoholic solution (ethyl alcohol/water - 35/65 in mass ratio) from the aerial parts of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis).
Administration method:
Internal use:
Children 7-14 years: 10-30 drops of tincture diluted in 100ml of water (half a glass) 3 times a day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals.
Adults and young people over 15 years: 1-2 teaspoons of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (half a glass) 3-4 times a day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals.
External use:
To maintain the health of the skin, local staining is done with the tincture or the diluted solution (obtained by adding 1-2 teaspoons of the tincture in 100 ml of water) depending on its sensitivity
Contraindications:
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, intolerance to any of the product's components.
Precautions:
For people with stomach sensitivity, it is recommended to take the product after a meal.
