Dosage for adults:

• Add 6 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser to infuse approximately 100 m2 of surface area
• In body cosmetics and massage oils, do not add more than 3 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil or cream

For pregnant women, sensitive people and older children, use a lower dose. For children under 2, use the oil only for inhalation and in very small amounts.
