Way of ussage:
Internally: in the form of an infusion of 1-2 teaspoons of the plant per 200 ml of boiling water. Leave covered for a few minutes to infuse, strain, then drink 2-3 cups of tea a day, sweetened, to taste, with lime bee honey. If long-term consumption is desired, breaks of 1 month are recommended every 3 months of administration.
Externally: in the form of an infusion of 40 g of the plant per 1 L of boiling water. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes to infuse, strain, then use to maintain healthy skin, eyes, scalp and hair. It can be used in the form of: gargle, compresses, local washes, preparations for skin care, etc. For hair care, add to the wash in the rinsing water or massage the scalp to stimulate local circulation and soothe wounds. For external washes, it can be combined with Hyper Anti-stress bath salt.
