Bio Tapioca Starch, 250 g, Niavis
Properties:
- Tapioca starch, obtained from the roots of the cassava plant, with a fine consistency, of a white powder, easily replaces corn starch;
- it is used as an additive in the preparation of bread, desserts and vegan creams.
Way of ussage:
For bread, it is recommended to use a ratio of 1/5 tapioca starch to 4/5 flour.
For pastry, it is recommended to use a ratio of 1/3 tapioca starch to 2/3 flour.
To thicken soups, creams or to prepare desserts, it is recommended to dilute it in a cold liquid before incorporating it into the preparation.
