Swanson ® Vitamins D3 & K2 is a vegan dietary supplement with a high content of vitamin D and vitamin K. The 2-in-1 formula was developed to supplement the daily diet of adults up to 75 years of age with two important vitamins, including : to keep bones healthy.
What makes Swanson ® Vitamin D+K unique?
Swason ® Vitamins D3 and K2 use a vegan source of vitamin D, i.e. cholecalciferol obtained from lichen. Each capsule contains up to 2000 IU of vitamin D, which helps maintain the body's proper immunity. In addition, vitamin D is also necessary for maintaining bone health and normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin D helps the muscles function properly.
The recommended daily dose of Swanson® D3 & K2 is also 75 µg of vitamin K in the form of menaquinone-7. The source of vitamin K2-MK7 in Swanson ® vegan formula is natto, which is fermented soybeans. Vitamin K is needed to maintain healthy bones. In addition, vitamin K contributes to proper blood clotting.
Swanson ® Vitamin D3 2000 IU & K2 75 µg is just 1 vegan capsule per day with a high content of vitamin D + K to achieve the beneficial effects resulting from the stated action. A pack of 60 will provide two months of daily supplementation.
