Dosage and method of use:
- Shake before use! As a dietary supplement, adults take 0.5 ml 2-3 times a week with food or as directed by a physician. It can be mixed into a drink or taken straight from the dropper. The product includes a calibrated dropper. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
