SOFTIGYN® is a vaginal probiotic with clinically proven effectiveness in the prevention and treatment of recurrences of vaginal infections such as: candidiasis, bacterial vaginitis, trichomoniasis and vaginal infections.
According to clinical studies, Softigyn reduces episodes of candidal recurrences by up to 70%.
At the same time, it restores and maintains the balance of the vaginal flora in situations such as: antibiotic therapy, corticoids, immunosuppressants, contraceptives, spermicides, diabetes, relapse prevention, excessive intimate hygiene, hormonal variations (menopause, menstrual cycle, pregnancy).
Eliminates unpleasant vaginal symptoms: vulvovaginal pruritus (itching), pathological vaginal secretions, local inflammation, vulvovaginal burns and irritations, unpleasant vaginal odor, local discomfort, dyspareunia, dysuria (burning when urinating).

Composition:
SOFTIGYN® contains Lactobacillus plantarum P17630, a probiotic strain with specific characteristics, which was isolated from human physiological vaginal flora.
Each Softigyn vaginal capsule contains > 108 cfu of Lactobacillus plantarum P17630, a concentration similar to that found in physiological human vaginal microflora.

Administration
A. In recurrent vaginal infections
Initial: 1 Softigyn® vaginal capsule x 6 consecutive nights (concurrent with antifungal treatment).
Maintenance: 1 Softigyn® vaginal capsule x 6 consecutive nights x 2 months, immediately after each menstrual cycle.
B. In vaginal infections during pregnancy (in case of recurrent vaginal infections or caused by any type of antibiotic treatment).
Initial: 1 Softigyn® vaginal capsule x 6 consecutive nights (immediately after finishing antibiotic treatment).
Maintenance: 1 Softigyn® vaginal capsule x 2 nights per week x 6 months.
C. In urinary infections
Initial: 1 Softigyn® vaginal capsule x 6 consecutive nights (immediately after finishing antibiotic treatment).
Maintenance: 1 Softigyn® vaginal capsule x 6 consecutive nights x 2 months, immediately after each menstrual cycle.
