Melatonin 1.5mg

Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) 40mg

Green Tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) 50mg, of which L-Theanine 10mg

Lomentin leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) 45mg

Vitamin B1 1.4mg

Vitamin B6 1.4mg

Directions for use: 1 capsule, shortly before bedtime, with a sufficient amount of liquid, without chewing.

Caution!

Do not combine with alcohol.

The full effect occurs after approximately one week of constant use.

The product is not for continuous use. Melatonin should only be used for a short period of time, maximum 3 weeks.

Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, people suffering from liver, kidney or autoimmune diseases. The product should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to valerian or any of the other ingredients. People taking medication should use this product only after consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
