Ingredients: 15:1 extract from the fruiting bodies of Cordyceps sinensis, standardized to 30% polysaccharides, 16:1 extract from the fruiting bodies of the Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis) P.Karst.), standardized to 40% polysaccharides, extract 15: 1 from the fruiting bodies of the erinaceus (Hericium erinaceus (Buli.: Fr.) Pers) standardized to 30% polysaccharides, 12:1 extract from the fruiting bodies of the Japanese shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes (Berk.) pegler ) standardized to 30% polysaccharides.

Daily serving: Consume 1 serving - 1500 mg (2 tablespoons) daily, as an addition to coffee, tea, cocoa or a plant-based drink. Remember not to pour hot water over it.
