Height adjustment
The piece for adjusting the height is extracted.
This piece has a metal shaft that blocks the two sections of the crutch.
The inner section, the one with the rubber shock absorber goes inside the upper section, the one with support on the forearm. In both sections, through holes are drilled through which the shaft of the height adjustment piece is inserted.
The adjustment piece removed, the two sections slide relative to each other so that the length of the crutch increases or decreases.
When you get the desired length, insert the shaft of the adjustment piece through the through holes, locking the crutch at the chosen length.
Optimum adjustment of the crutch height: the user in a vertical position with the hand extended next to the body.

The support handle must come under the elbow.
The support handle of the crutch must be positioned below the elbow when the user is in a vertical position with the hand extended next to the body, and the crutch is vertical with the rubber tip on the floor.
