Each tablet of the food supplement contains 329 mg of yeast enriched with B vitamins. Brewer's yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae ) can be used not only in the kitchen, but also in daily hair, skin and nail care. They are also a common ingredient of nutricosmetics, i.e. dietary supplements in the form of tablets or capsules.
- Horsetail ( Equisetum arvense L.) supports the maintenance of proper mineralization.
- Niacin helps maintain healthy skin and the proper condition of mucous membranes.
- Biotin helps maintain healthy hair and skin.
- Selenium supports healthy skin, nails and hair.
