Properties:

Ingredients:
Marigold flowers (Calendulae flos).
Effect:
Healing, anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, choleretic-cholagogue (stimulates the secretion and elimination of bile), emmenagogue (favors the onset of the menstrual cycle)
Recommendations:
- internal use: hyperacid gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcer, dysmenorrhoea (period pain), amenorrhoea (absence of cycle), oligomenorrhoea (low menstrual flow), biliary dyskinesia (improper functioning of the bile), prostatitis.
- external use: wounds, ulcers, burns, frostbite, acne, eczema, dry skin, leucorrhoea, vaginal infections.

Preparation:
- internal use: infusion of 1 sachet in 200 ml of boiling water; cover, leave for 10-15 minutes.
- external use: concentrated infusion of 2-4 sachets in 200 ml of boiling water; cover, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Administration method:
- internal use: drink 2-3 cups of tea a day.
- external use: compresses, local baths.
