Administration method:
2-4 capsules before bed.
Precautions and contraindications:
Administer with caution to pregnant or lactating women. It can interact with drugs or dietary supplements with sedative, tranquilizing, antidepressant action, when administered simultaneously. It can affect the reflexes of drivers as well as people who operate machinery. Do not administer to children.
