Description
Dried Reishi mushrooms 100g MycoMedica
Reishi mushrooms have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Due to the content of polysaccharides, it adds vitality and generally strengthens the body.
Our Reishi is grown on organic soil. The base of this substrate is an oak massif. Part of the mushroom we use is the fruiting body.
Reishi has quite a strong taste and can be used as an infusion or tincture.
Basic training:
Pour the required amount of hot water and leave for 30 minutes to swell. Recommended cooking time 10-15 minutes.
