The active ingredients contained in the RegeOptic product:

- Astaxanthin belongs to the xanthophyll group, which also includes zeaxanthin and lutein. Astaxanthin has a strong antioxidant effect and is therefore called the king of carotenoids. The astaxanthin contained in the RegeOptic preparation is obtained from Haematococcus pluvialis algae of the best quality, in a strictly controlled production process.

- Moringa leaf extract (Moringa olifera), due to its high content of antioxidant compounds, is a natural ingredient with a significant capacity to release and neutralize free radicals in the body, i.e. the ability to protect cells against oxidative stress, which can have resulting in deterioration of visual acuity.

- Alpha-lipoic acid is a saturated fatty acid and has the ability to protect cells against oxidative stress and to neutralize heavy metal ions in the human body.

- Grape seed extract - is a good source of antioxidant compounds (including OPC oligometric proantiocyanidins). It has an effective protective effect on body cells against oxidative stress.

- L - lysine - an exogenous amino acid, not synthesized in the human body, therefore it is necessary to supply it with food or additional supplements.

- L-cysteine, an endogenous amino acid, belonging to the group of sulphurous amino acids that are part of the protein structure.

- Zinc, copper, selenium, manganese help to maintain correct vision and support the protection of cells (including retinal cells) against oxidative stress.
