Propolis (also known as bee glue) is a natural product of bees. It is a complex product that bees produce from resins, balsamic substances, mucous and fats collected from buds and young shoots of plants and from the bark of deciduous (poplar, birch, alder) or coniferous (fir, pine, spruce) trees. These plant substances are collected with the mandibles by the workers, who enrich them with their secretions, then form lumps and transport them to the hive. There, other bees "process" the provided material: they add wax, pollen and pollen balm, and with them various mechanical impurities (for example, hive fragments and dead bees). Ready-made bee putty is used to strengthen the structure, fill holes and voids in the hive and cover the exit hole. Thanks to this fact, the bees are protected against the development of microorganisms and their home is solid.

PROPOLIS FOR HEALTH

Propolis 10% drops contain ethanolic propolis extract, which is their main active ingredient. Ethanol extraction is considered the most effective, as the valuable health-promoting substances contained in bee glue are best dissolved in ethanol. These include aromatic acids and esters, as well as flavonoid compounds thanks to which propolis supports the functioning of the immune system. In addition, it has a number of other health-supporting properties, such as antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and anti-inflammatory. For this reason, it is recommended in states of reduced immunity, recurrent bacterial, viral and fungal infections, as well as as an aid in inflammatory conditions.

How to use:

Adults: 40 drops 2-3 times a day. The drops can be dissolved in a small amount of water. It should be taken before or during a meal.

Precautions: The preparation should not be used by people allergic to bee products. Before taking propolis for the first time, it is recommended to perform an allergy test (apply 2-3 drops of the product on the wrist) and observe the body's reaction. If allergic reactions are visible after the first use, stop using the product. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose during the day. Due to the ethanol content, you should not drive immediately after drinking. Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
