Description

Enzymatic hydrolysis is the highest level of whey protein processing, where the long chains of whey proteins are enzymatically split into peptides. They are more digestible for the human body and have a demonstrable effect on increasing protein synthesis. In Optimal Hydro Whey, the peptides are distributed in an optimal molecular weight profile from less than 500 daltons to more than 10,000 daltons. About half is made up of peptides with a molecular weight below 5000 daltons. This mass profile ensures optimal release of amino acids into the blood. Thanks to its exceptional properties, Optimal Hydro Whey maximizes the increase in muscle mass and strength.

Through our new technology, we produce a product with excellent flavors that was developed primarily for baby food. As a sweetener, a very high quality extract from the stevia rebaudiana plant is used in combination with a small amount of sucralose.

Dosage:
