Properties:

Administration method:

• Fructo-oligosaccharides can initially cause flatulence and/or bloating in the case of certain people. These unpleasant effects are temporary and will disappear after the body adapts to their use. If the side effects persist for more than 3-4 days, reduce the dose of Optibac Bifidobacteria & Fibre.
• Store at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C, in a dry place and away from moisture. Refrigeration is not required.
