Properties:

This supplement contains live cultures including Lactobacillus paracasei F-19® and the well-known Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1® and Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14®;

How to use:

Adults: 1 capsule per day, preferably at breakfast.
