How to use:
1. Pour 1 serving (1 flat measuring cup) into a dry container.
2. Add 200 ml of water or other beverage and mix.
A daily portion of 0.8 g contains (intake reference values): Vitamin B1 - 50 mg (4.545%), Inulin - 750 mg.
