Properties:
It supports the proper functioning of the respiratory tract and eliminates respiratory discomfort.

Ingredients:
Sorrel, wild scallions, thyme, pine buds, poplar buds, plantain leaves, ginger rhizomes, linden flowers, cuckoo flowers, cloves.

Effect:
This tea has emollient, expectorant, fluidizing bronchial secretion, antitussive and antispasmodic properties due to the mucilages, saponins and essential oils from the plants present in its composition.
Carvacrol and thymol present in thyme and sorghum give the tea antiseptic, antimicrobial properties, acting on a wide spectrum of pathogenic germs. Also, poplar buds, also known as 'vegetable propolis', have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action. Due to the mucilage they contain, cuckoo's milkweed, plantain and linden flowers form a protective layer on the surface of the mucous membranes, being useful in irritating coughs. The bruised scallion, ginger and pine buds have a strong expectorant and fluidizing effect on bronchial secretions.

Recommendations:
Acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory system: flu conditions, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, coughs of various etiologies, infectious exacerbations of bronchial asthma.

Contraindications:
This tea is not recommended for children under 3 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you can drink 2-3 cups of tea a day, for 5-10 days, or as needed.

Method of preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 sachet and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.

Administration method:

• Children 3-6 years - 1-2 cups of tea per day.
• Children 7-14 years - 2-3 cups of tea per day.
• Children over 14 and adults - 3-4 cups of tea per day.
• Tea is drunk before the meal.
• The duration of a cure is 3-8 weeks. It can be resumed as needed.
